摘要
通过紫外线和紫外线 +亚硝酸复合诱变方法 ,筛选出一株具较高耐盐性能的酵母菌 ,其耐盐性能由 1 3 0g L提高到 2 4 0g L ,耐盐度提高了 84 6 %。
Through induced mutation of UV and compound induced mutation of UV and HNO 2,a steady strain is successfully selected from quantities of mutations strains.Its salt-resistance performance reaches from 130 g/L to 240 g/L and salt-resistance degree increases 84 6%.
