摘要
肾上腺素与亚硝酸钠在中性介质中发生反应 ,在pH 4 74的醋酸 醋酸钠缓冲溶液中 ,其亚硝化产物具有稳定的特征吸收峰 ,λmax=4 77nm ,表观摩尔吸光系数为 1 6 7× 10 4L·(mol·cm) -1,肾上腺素浓度在 0 0 0 4~ 0 2g/L范围内呈线性关系 ,平均回收率为 98 2 % ,RSD =2 0 3% (n =3) ,检测下限为 0 0 0 2g/L。
Epinephrine reacts with sodium nitrite in neutral medium.The nitrosation product has charactaristic absorbance peak in HAc NaAc (pH4 74) buffle solution.Maximu m absorbance is at 477 nm with molar absorptivity of 1 67×10 4 L·(mol·cm) -1 .A good linearity is obtained from 0 004 g/L to 0 2 g/L of Epinephrine with a correlation coefficient of 0 9996.The extraction recovery is 99 2%.RSD values is 2 03%( n =3),the detection limit of Epinephrine was 0 002 g/L.
