摘要
研究分析医养结合老年健康管理的概念与实施方法,结合中医养生内涵及老年养生特点,从健康信息收集、健康状态评估、健康教育、中医养生与调理四个方面分析中医养生理论在医养结合老年健康管理中的应用。中医养生理论及方法对医养结合背景下老年健康管理的实施具有重要的指导意义。
To analyze the characteristrics of geriatric health management in medical-nursing combined care mode combining with the connotation of traditional Chinese medical(TCM)health care and elderly health theory.The application of TCM health care in the geriatric health management in medical-nursing combined care mode were analyzed from health information collection,health status assessment,health education,health preserving to expound the theory and method of TCM health care has important guiding significance for the implementation of geriatric health management in the context of medical-nursing combined care.
