摘要
目的了解居民对社区卫生服务机构中医治未病服务的需求情况。方法在十堰市市区内随机选取8家社区卫生服务中心,每家中心随机抽取100名就诊患者,通过自行设计的问卷,调查居民对社区卫生服务机构中医治未病服务的需求状况。结果 71.50%的社区居民认为社区卫生服务机构应该开展中医治未病服务;58.75%和52.37%的居民认为目前社区卫生服务机构提供的中医治未病服务的医生或服务类型较少和服务质量一般;超过半数的居民认为中医治未病服务对预防疾病和促进健康有帮助,并愿意在社区接受该服务。结论居民对现有社区卫生服务机构中医治未病服务的数量和质量满意度不高,需求较大,建议加强社区卫生服务中医治未病服务的开展。
Objectives To investigate the demand of residents on Traditional Chinese Medicine(TCM)preventive treatment of diseases in community health service(CHS)institutions.Methods Eight CHS centers were randomly selected from Shiyan city,and 100 patients per CHS center were randomly recruited.Through self-designed questionnaire,we investigated their demand on TCM preventive treatment in CHS institutions.Results 71.50% of residents thought that CHS institutions should provide TCM preventive treatment.58.75% and 52.37% of residents suggested that TCM preventive treatment provided by CHS institutions was insufficient and the service quality was poor.More than half of the patients suggested that the main TCM service about prevention of diseases was useful to prevent diseases and promote health,and they were willing to accept this service in the community.Conclusions Residents suggested that quality and quantity of TCM preventive treatment in CHS institutions were poor,buttheir demand was great.TCM preventive treatment in CHS institutions should be strengthened.
