摘要
该研究着重探讨中教(non-native-speaking teachers)与外教(native-speaking teachers)在英语口语教学上的异同点。通过对112名同学问卷调查,以及对5名教师的访问,问卷调查结果显示,中教与外教在口语教学方面上求同存异,各具特色。合作教学能改变教师的教学态度,提高教学能力和合作能力。同时,也对提高学生的口语交际能力有明显的帮助。
The study focuses on the similarities and differences between non-native-speaking teachers and native-speaking teachers in oral English teaching. A questionnaire survey on 112 students and 5 teachers shows that the non-native-speaking teachers and native-speaking teachers share something in common while retaining their own teaching style. The study also shows that col-laborations in teaching can help change teachers’attitude, increase their teaching efficiency and team working capability so as to greatly improve their students’communicative ability in oral English.
