摘要
《黄帝内经》有两种疾病治疗方式:一是脏腑辨证,一是调气。脏腑辨证属于非调气范畴,调气是对脏腑辨证的补充。调气可调动体内气的'运动性',改变气的'病理状态',恢复正常的脏腑功能活动;也可调整脏腑、经络等组织器官阴阳的偏盛偏衰,畅通气血。调气中的'气'并不单指经气,也包括谷气、正气与邪气等。脏腑辨证在临床诊治疾病时具有其他辨证方法无法代替的重要作用,但是仅运用脏腑辨证并不能治疗所有的疾病,在运用脏腑辨证治疗疾病之前还可以先进行调气,即对患者先进行逆之从之,逆而从之等的调气治疗再进行脏腑辨证治疗。
There are two ways to treat diseases in Huangdi’s Internal Classic:syndrome differentiation of zang-fu organs and regulating qi.Syndrome differentiation of zang-fu organs doesn’t belong to the scope of regulating qi.And regulating qi is a supplement to syndrome differentiation of zang-fu organs,can mobilize the'movement'of qi in the body,change the'pathological state'of qi,and restore normal visceral functional activities.It can also regulate the ups and downs of yin and yang in viscera,meridians and other organs,and smooth qi-blood circulation.Qi does not only refer to meridian qi,but also includes grain qi,healthy qi and pathogenic qi.Syndrome differentiation of zang-fu organs plays an important role in clinical diagnosis and treatment of diseases,which can not be replaced by other methods of syndrome differentiation,but it can not treat all diseases only by using zang-fu syndrome differentiation.Before using syndrome differentiation of zang-fu organs,qi regulation can be carried out first for confronting and following,then by syndrome differentiation of zang-fu organs.
