摘要
目的观察基于名老中医经验结合临床流行病学调查制定基于风哮、寒哮、虚哮的中医辨证治疗方案在临床应用情况,评价哮喘急性发作期中医辨证治疗疗效特点及优势。方法采用自身前后对照,共5个分中心149例病例,分别应用中医辨证论证方案治疗,观察3组患者的中医症状积分、哮喘控制指标及哮喘控制水平。结果哮喘急性发作前中医辨证治疗方案能够有效改善患者临床症状,改善患者白天症状、夜间症状、活动受限及β受体激动剂使用情况,临床疗效确切,本哮喘急性发作期中医辩证治疗方案比较契合临床实际,辩证类型准确,容易掌握,用药疗效确切,哮喘控制水平显示:完全控制及部分控制患者占96.6%。中医证候疗效显示,总有效率达87.2%。结论经5家研究中心149例患者临床观察,哮喘辨证治疗方案临床疗效明确,能够有效控制支气管哮喘急性发作。
Objective To observe the clinical application of TCM syndrome differentiation treatment based on wind,cold and snarl,and to evaluate the efficacy and advantages of TCM syndrome differentiation in acute asthma attack.Methods A total of 149 cases were divided into 5 sub-centers,which were treated with TCM syndrome differentiation and treatment.The TCM symptom scores,asthma control index and asthma control level of the three groups were observed.Results TCM syndrome differentiation treatment before acute exacerbation of asthma can effectively improve clinical symptoms such as wheezing,cough and expectoration,improve daytime symptoms,nocturnal symptoms,activity limitation andβ-agonist use.The traditional Chinese medicine dialectical treatment plan for acute asthma attack is in line with clinical practice,the dialectical type is accurate,easy to grasp,and the efficacy of medication is exact.The level of asthma control shows that 96.6%of patients with complete control and partial control.The efficacy of TCM syndrome shows that the total effective rate is 87.2%.Conclusion The clinical observation of 149 patients in 5 research centers,the clinical efficacy of asthma syndrome treatment program is clear,can effectively control the acute attack of bronchial asthma.
