摘要
皮肤表者,脏腑里也,皮肤通过经络与脏腑之气相通,经络理论中的皮部—络脉—经脉—脏腑的传变规律在皮肤病的辨证治疗中具有指导作用。神经性皮炎是一种慢性、炎症性皮肤病,故可从皮论治;其好发于颈项、眼睑、腰骶、四肢伸侧等部位与阳经经络循行分布甚为相似,故可从经论治;其经脉所属脏腑的病变于神经性皮炎的发生起重要作用,故可从腑论治。从皮部、经脉论治可谓治标,从腑论治可谓治本。三者有效结合,在临床上可产生事半功倍的效果。
The skin is on the surface of the human body,and the skin is inside the body. Skin communicates with qi of zang-fu viscera through meridians. The law of transformation of the skin-collaterals-meridians-zang-fu viscera in the meridian theory has a guiding role in the differentiation and treatment of skin diseases. Neurodermatitis is a chronic and inflammatory skin disease,so it can be treated from skin. It mainly occurs in neck,eyelid,lumbosacral,limb extension side and other parts and is very similar to the distribution of yang meridians,so it can be treated from the meridian theory. The pathological changes of the zang-fu viscera to which the meridians belong play an important role in the occurrence of neurodermatitis,so it can be treated from the viscera. Treatment from the skin and meridians can be regarded as a temporary solution,while treatment from the viscera can be regarded as a permanent cure. The effective combination of the three can produce twice the result with half the effort in clinical practice.
