摘要
目的:探索近10年穴位埋线的临床应用现状、研究热点及研究前沿。方法:检索2010-2020年中国知网(CNKI)收录的穴位埋线临床研究文献,利用CiteSpace5.7.R1软件对文献进行可视化分析,绘制作者、机构、关键词的知识图谱。结果:共纳入1992篇文献,作者共现图谱共形成489个节点,809条连线,以杨才德为主要作者的团队发文量最多;机构知识图谱共生成171个节点,100条连线,机构间的合作大多是高校及其附属医院之间,存在以兰州大学第一医院东岗院区中西医结合部为首的主要合作网络;研究热点是单纯性肥胖、便秘、多囊卵巢综合征;研究前沿是单纯性肥胖、生活质量。结论:近10年穴位埋线临床研究文献逐年增多,单纯性肥胖、便秘、多囊卵巢综合征、原发性痛经、腰椎间盘突出症、肠易激综合征一直是穴位埋线临床研究的重点。单纯性肥胖、生活质量,以及穴位埋线与推拿、温针灸的联合运用会受到学者更多的关注。
Objective:To explore the current situation,hotspot and development trend of clinical application of acupoint cat-embedding in recent 10 years.Methods:The clinical literatures on acupoint embedding collected by CNKI database from 2001 to 2020 were retrieved as the data source.CiteSpace5.7.R1 software were used for visual analysis of relevant literature,and the knowledge maps of authors,institutions and keywords were drawn.Results:A total of 1992 articles were included.The collinear map of authors formed 489 nodes and 809 connections.The team with YANG Cai-de as the main author published the most papers.A total of 171 nodes and 100 links were generated in the map of institutional knowledge.Most of the inter institutional cooperation were between universities and their affiliated hospitals.The major cooperative network was led by the Integrated traditional Chinese and Western Medicine Department in Donggang District of The First Hospital of Lanzhou University.The research hotspots were focus on simple obesity,constipation and polycystic ovary syndrome,and the research frontier were focus on simple obesity and quality of life.Conclusion:The clinical research literature of acupoint catgut embedding had increased year by year in recent 10 years.Simple obesity,constipation,polycystic ovary syndrome,primary dysmenorrhea,lumbar disc herniation and irritable bowel syndrome had always been the major points of clinical research of acupoint catgut embedding.Simple obesity,quality of life,and the combination of acupoint catgut embedding,massage and warm acupuncture would receive more attention from scholars.
