摘要
目的检索国内外关于脑卒中便秘非药物性预防和管理的最佳证据并进行总结,为临床实践提供循证依据。方法根据“6S”模型系统检索国内外数据库,检索时限为2017年1月—2022年8月,文献类型包括临床实践指南、专家共识、系统评价、证据总结等,对所纳入的文献进行质量评价并汇总形成证据总结。结果最终纳入15篇文献,包括1篇指南,1篇专家共识、12篇系统评价、1篇随机对照试验,共总结有28条证据。结论本研究汇总了脑卒中患者便秘非药物性预防和管理的措施,主要包括中医外治法、腹部按摩、生活干预和情志护理,可为脑卒中患者便秘的预防和管理提供循证依据。
Objective To retrieve the best evidence on non-drug prevention and management of stroke and constipation at home and abroad,so as to provide evidence-based basis for clinical practice.Methods According to the"6S"model,the search time was from January 2017 to August 2022.The literature types include clinical practice guidelines,expert consensus,systematic evaluation,evidence summary,etc.The quality evaluation of the included literature is summarized and the evidence summary.Results 15 articles were included,including 1 guide,1 expert consensus,12 systematic evaluation,and 1 randomized controlled trial,with a total of 28 pieces of evidence summarized.Conclusion This study summarizes the measures of non-drug prevention and management of constipation in stroke patients,mainly including TCM external treatment,abdominal massage,life intervention and emotional care,which could provide evidence-based basis for the prevention and management of constipation in stroke patients.
