高血压病患者降压治疗前后颈、股动脉弹性改善程度的研究 被引量:3

Research on the Degree of Elasticity Improvement of Carotid and Femoral Arteries in Patients with Essential Hypertension Before and After Treatment

摘要 目的 :探讨降压治疗对高血压病患者颈、股动脉弹性改善程度的影响及意义。方法 :选择2016年1月~2017年12月间在我院就诊的高血压病患者198例,所有患者均接受为期90天的降压治疗,血压降至140/90 mmHg以下。采用血管回声跟踪技术(vascular echo tracking Technology,ET)检测高血压病患者治疗前后颈、股动脉弹性参数(β、Ep、AC、PWVβ),分析治疗前后各弹性参数的变化情况。结果 :降压治疗后高血压病患者颈、股动脉β、Ep、PWVβ值减低,AC值增大,差异具有统计学意义;治疗前后颈、股动脉各弹性参数(β、Ep、AC、PWVβ)改善程度差异无统计学意义。结论 :降压治疗使患者高血压病患者颈动脉、股动脉弹性得到显著改善;高血压病患者药物治疗降压达标后颈动脉与股动脉弹性改善程度一致。ET技术可直观检测高血压病患者动脉弹性变化情况,指导临床用药。 Objective Investigate the elasticity improvement of the carotid and femoral arteries and its significance in patients with essential hypertension before and after antihypertensive treatment.Methods Choosing 201 patients with hypertension from clinic visits and hospital between March 2010 to January 2016,treated them with antihypertensive therapy for 3 months in order to make their blood pressure below 140/90 mm Hg.Using vascular echo tracking Technology(ET)to measure bloods’elastic functional parameters(β,Ep,AC,PWVβ)of carotid and femoral artery before and after treatment.Then analyze the difference in these elastic functional parameters.Results①After drug treatment,value ofβ,Ep,PWVβin these patients were decreased,while,AC value become increase.The different results have statistical significance;②difference in elastic improvement degree of the parameters(β、Ep、AC、PWVβ)does not have any significance.Conclusion①Drug treatment can effectively improve the elasticity of carotid and femoral arteries in patients with hypertension;②With antihypertensive therapy,the patients’blood pressure turn to normal level,degree of elasticity improvement of the carotid and femoral arteries are corresponded with each other;③ET technology can intuitively detect the elastic changes of arteries in patients with hypertension and guide the clinical drug use.
