摘要
目的 :探讨人工皮膜联合磨痂术治疗深Ⅱ度烧伤的临床价值,为临床实施有效的干预措施提供可靠的理论依据。方法 :将我院在2010年9月至2014年9月期间收诊的深Ⅱ度烧伤患者82名平均分成实验组和对照组。实验组(41例)采用人工皮膜联合磨痂术治疗,对照组(41例)采用传统包扎疗法。观察2组患者创面愈合时间、愈合创面色素沉着深浅以及瘢痕严重程度,同时比较2组患者IL-6和IL-8的动态变化。结果 :实验组创面愈合时间明显短于对照组;愈合创面色素沉着以及瘢痕增生情况也均优于对照组;而IL-6、IL-8均低于对照组。结论:人工皮膜联合磨痂术治疗深Ⅱ度烧伤的疗效显著,能缩短创面愈合时间,提升愈合质量,而且有助于降低创面感染风险,值得临床推广应用。
Objective To investigate the artificial skin membrane combined eschar grinding in the treatment of deep Ⅱde-gree burn, in order to provide reliable theory basis for carrying out effective intervention measures. Methods 82 deep Ⅱdegree burn patients who hospitalized in our hospital from September 2010 to September 2014 were divided into experimental group and control group. The experimental group (41 cases) was treated with the treatment of artificial joint grinding scab skin mem-brane, the control group (41 cases) was cured with traditional bandaging therapy. Observe two groups patients with wound heal-ing time, wound pigmentation depth and hypertrophic scar, at the same time to compare patients IL-6 and the dynamic changes of the IL-8. Results The wound healing time of experimental group was significantly shorter than the control group; wound pigmentation depth and hypertrophic scar also were markedly better than control group; IL-6 and IL-8 of experimental group patients were lower than control group. Conclusion Artificial skin membrane combined eschar grinding Ⅱ deep has remark-able efficacy in the treatment of deep Ⅱdegree burn, can shorten wound healing time and enhance wound healing quality, and contribute to reducing the risk of wound infection, therefore it is worth clinical application.
