摘要
民办高校的主要办学自主权体现在招生、定价、设置专业和课程、颁发学历文凭等方面。这些自主权的获得需要政府提高认识、依法行政、调整职能、下放权力,同时需要办学者积极努力自力更生。
The main running autonomy of private colleges and universities shows on the aspects such as recruiting students,determining price,setting majors and courses,issuing academic diplomas,etc.The acquiring of these autonomy rights requires the government to enhance understanding,administrate according to law,adjust its function and decentralize power,It also requires people of running school to work actively and be self-depended.
