摘要
"双师型"教师就是指教师与技师或工程师这两者身份所必需的知识、态度、能力等方面有机融会的高职(师范院校)教师。在实际执行过程中,有关教育主管部门、高等师范院校及专家、研究者们等制定或提出了行政标准、院校标准和学者标准等。当前"双师型"教师队伍建设存在教师的比例依然偏低、教师队伍建设发展水平极不平衡和师范院校专业教师来源渠道比较单一等问题,开拓了建立兼职教师队伍、挖掘师范院校内部教师潜力,培养"双师型"教师和加强教师职前培养与职后培训一体化等建设"双师型"教师的有效途径。
"Double Qualified" Teacher refers to those who has obtained necessary knowledge,attitude,ability as both a teacher and a technician or as both a teacher and an engineer in higher vocational colleges(or normal universities).In the process of actual implementation,the education authorities,normal universities and experts,researchers have made some standards.There are some problems exsist in the augmenting of double qualified teaching staff,such as low ratio,imbalanced and single channels of origin teaching staff.In order to augment double qualified teaching staff,we should employ part-time teachers,explore the potential ability within universities to develop "double-qualified" teachers and strengthen teachers’ training and post-training in an effective way.
