摘要
师资队伍建设是提高教学质量的关键。产学研用合作对农林经济管理专业师资队伍建设提出了更高要求,黑龙江八一农垦大学结合农林经济管理专业师资队伍现状,通过加强产学研用合作实践基地建设、聘请农(林)专业教师和有实践经验的兼职教师充实师资队伍、建立有效考评和激励机制来推进产学研用合作师资队伍建设,取得了较好效果。
The teaching staff construction is the key to improve the teaching quality.The cooperation of production,teaching,research and application puts forward higher requirements for teaching staff construction of economics and management of agriculture and forestry for Heilongjiang Bayi Agricultural University.It was took various measures to promot the cooperation of production,teaching,research and apply in teaching staff construction according to the present situation in teaching staff of economics and management of agriculture and forestry.Such as strengthen the construction of the production,teaching,research and application base,hire professional teachers and part-time teachers enrich teaching staff with practice experience,and establish an effective assessment and incentive mechanism,and it received good effect.
