“产学研”结合教育模式与卫生检验专业创新型人才培养

Promoting the innovative professionals of laboratory medicine through the combination of production, education and research

摘要 无论是建立创新型社会还是实践科学发展观都离不开创新型人才的培养,但是,传统的教学模式和培养方法在某种程度上不利于创新型人才的培养。本文介绍了“产学研”结合教育模式在卫生检验专业创新型人才培养中的运行机制和实践过程,阐述了如何通过建立“产学研”结合教育模式,综合利用各方面的资源进行人才培养,进而激发学生主观能动性、自主学习能力并形成创造性思维,实现创新型人才培养的可持续发展。 National development obviously depend on the innovative talents, however, some present educational models and methods made against the process of professional training. As a new model, the combination of production, education and research effectively integrated the resource of three aspects into school educations, thus inspired juvenile students to achieve information independently. Based on the educational reformation, a hatch of versatile graduates who possess innovative ideation could be generated.
