摘要
中药学创新型人才培养对于推动中医药现代化进程具有基础性、先导性、全局性作用,是中药继承与发展的核心,学习能力是其创新素质的基础。基于"产学研结合"培养模式开办"中药科研实践班"是我校培养创新型中药人才的重要举措。为探讨科研实践班培养模式对学生学习能力的影响,本文采用文献分析法及问卷调查法对我校"中药科研实践班"及同年级普通班学生进行比较分析;结果显示:中药实践班学生和普通班学生在基础能力、专业能力及发展能力方面差异显著;结论表明:开办"中药科研实践班"对提高学生学习能力成效显著,但同时还需进一步解决有效师资资源配置等方面问题。
Cultivating creative talents of Chinese medicine has foundational,precursory,and comprehensive impacts on promoting the modernization of traditional Chinese medicine. Self- study ability is an essential part of the innovation quality. Establishing Traditional Chinese Medicine Research and Practice Class is an important measure to cultivate high- quality composite talents in traditional Chinese medicine. To discuss the effect on self- study ability of undergraduate students with education mode of 'Industry- university- research cooperation'. Through the literature researches and questionnaire surveys,the reliability and validity have been researched; meanwhile the scores of the Traditional Chinese Medicine Research and Practice Class and the regular Classes were made in statistics; The survey showed that establishing Traditional Chinese Medicine Research and Practice Class can absolutely improve students' self- study ability of Chinese medicine major,but the research is still being improved.
