摘要
一流应用型大学是高等教育体系完备成熟的标志,也是地方本科院校建设发展的目标。当前我国地方本科院校的一流建设应突破路径依赖和制度同构,克服"大学理想自身矛盾性凸显""办学实践地方根植性不强""人才培养过程协同性不足""办学模式认同国际性缺乏"的困境。本文尝试立足于产教融合、校地互动、校城共生,提出地方本科院校一流建设的若干路径,着力构建具有"中国心、泥土味、国际范、创业型"气质的地方一流应用型大学。
Excellent application-orientated universities marks the maturity of the higher education system,and it is also the goal of constructing and developing regional universities.At present,the construction of application-oriented universities in China with the goal of becoming an excellent one should refuse the path dependence and system homogenization,and address the difficulties posed by the distinct contradiction among the targets of universities,the weak regional foundation of school-running practice,the insufficient synergy in talent cultivation process,and the lack of internationalization in school-running practice.On the basis of Industry-Education Integration,the university-city interaction and the university-city symbiosis,this paper puts forward some feasible paths to construct excellent application-oriented regional universities with Chinese characteristics,international vision and entrepreneurialism.
