摘要 低温安全阀是一种自动阀门。正常工作时低温安全阀应能在长期超低温环境下利用自身的弹簧力形成良好的密封,但由于密封材料在低温环境发生不可避免的变形导致阀门容易出现泄漏。为了解决上述问题,根据低温安全阀的设计要求提出密封结构方案,并运用ANSYS有限元软件对低温安全阀结构方案、锥面密封结构等进行了数值仿真和应力分析,研究了密封块与阀座之间夹角、密封面锥角和密封中径对密封面接触应力和密封块强度的影响,并从中得出了低温安全阀密封材料的材料选择、密封结构的设计规范和关键尺寸的设计准则,根据该规范设计加工出的低温安全阀通过了标准规定的常温和低温试验,满足设计要求,该阀门已应用于液化天然气、空分、乙烯等工程领域。 Cryogenic safety valve is an automatic valve, which may form good sealing relying on its own spring force in the long-term ultralow temperature environment. However, its sealing material is inevitably deformed in the low temperature environment, which may make the valve to be prone to leakage. In order to solve the above problem, the sealing structure scheme is put forward in this article according to the design requirements of cryogenic safety valve. The ANSYS finite element software is used to conduct the numerical simulation and stress analysis for the structure scheme and cone seal structure of cryogenic safety valve. According to the research on the effect of the angle between the valve seat and sealing block, and sealing cone angle and seal pitch diameter on the contact stress and strength of the sealing block, the design specification of the sealing structure, Key dimensions and sealing materials selection specification of cryogenic safety valve were concluded. The cryogenic safety valves manufactured with the specification mentioned above passed through the normal atmospheric temperature and the cryogenic tests based on standard provisions. It meets the design requirements.This valve has been used in engineering fields of liquefied natural gas, ethylene, air engineering, etc.
