摘要 研制了一种用于特种衬垫材料在超低温环境下进行压摆摩擦磨损疲劳试验的试验机。通过搭配超低温环境保持装置,该机可以实现超低温试验,最低温度可达-190℃。该机可通过摆动与摩擦机构、旋转运动与摩擦机构这两套机构与压缩加载机构在一个机器上分别模拟特种衬垫材料的两种实际工况。通过该机可得出特种衬垫材料在超低温环境下的磨损量,这一试验数据为该材料在超低温环境下的应用提供了设计依据,可以进一步提高应用这一材料的产品安全性。 The machine is a kind of testing machine which is used to finish the friction and wear fatigue test for the special liner materials in ultra - low temperature environment. The testing ma- chine with ultra - low temperature holding device can achieve ultra - low temperature test, and the minimum temperature is down to - 190℃. Equipped with compression - loading mechanism and swinging - friction mechanism or rotating - friction mechanism, the testing machine can be used to simulate the two working conditions of the special liner materials. The wear loss of special liner materials in ultra - low temperature environment can be drawn by the testing machine, which provides a basis for the application of the special liner materials in ultra - low temperature envi- ronment, and can further improve the security of the material product.
