摘要
介绍了美国Dupont-Belco公司EDV湿式洗涤脱硫技术(EDV)在中石化金陵石化公司1.3Mt/a催化裂化装置的应用,用于脱除FCC烟气中SO2和颗粒粉尘。从EDV系统洗涤塔底部排出的洗涤液经废水处理单元(PTU)脱除悬浮固体物,并对洗涤液中的亚硫酸盐进行强制氧化生成硫酸盐以降低化学需氧量(COD),形成含盐废水外排。使用该套技术后,FCC装置烟气中污染物含量大幅下降,SO2含量从686mg/m3下降至25mg/m3,粉尘含量从163 mg/m3下降至31mg/m3,每年可减少SO2排放840 t,回收粉尘168 t;PTU系统外排含盐废水COD为96 mg/m3、悬浮物浓度53 mg/m3,具有很好的环保效益。
EDV(electro-dynamic venturei) wet scrubbing process licensed from Dupont-Belco,USA and applied in the 1.3 Mt /a FCCU of Sinopec Jinling Company is introduced.It is used for desulfurization and dedusting of FCC flue gas.The washing liquid from scrubber bottm is treated in PTU,the suspended solids are removed and the SO2-3is oxidized to SO2-4.After the application of this process,the concentrations of pollutant in the flue gas from the FCCU is reduced significantl,i.e.the concentration of SO2 is reduced from 686 mg /m3 to 25mg /m3,and that of dust is reduced from163 mg /m3 to 31mg /m3.It could decrease emission 840 t SO2 and 168 t dust.The chemical oxygen demand of the saline wastewater from PTU is 96 mg /L,and the concentration of suspended solids is 53 mg /L.Its enviro-nmental benefit is excellent.
