摘要 中国石化扬子石化2.0 Mt/a重油催化装置配套建设的烟气除尘脱硫脱硝设施采用美国DUPONT-BELCO公司的钠法EDV脱硫工艺+臭氧LoTOxTM脱硝技术,将催化再生烟气净化后排放。烟气除尘脱硫脱硝装置投运后,各单元运行正常,净化烟气中SO_2、NO_x及颗粒物浓度分别降至34 mg/Nm^3,28 mg/Nm^3,18 mg/Nm^3,脱除率分别达到94.66%、86.85%及86.15%,减排效果具有良好,但装置运行中出现的相关难题仍亟待解决。 The 2.0 Mt/a heavy oil catalytic cracking of China Sinopec Yangzi Petrochemical,Which the flue gas dust removal and desulfurization and denitration unit with American DUPONT-BELCO's Sodium EDV,Ozone LoTOxTM desulfurization and denitration technology, The FCC Regeneration flue gas is discharged after purifying. When the unit put into operation, each equipment is running properly, the SO2, NOx and particulate matter concentrations of purified flue gas were reduced to 34 mg/Nm^3, 28 mg/Nm^3, 18 mg/Nm^3, the removal rate respectively reached 94.66 %, 86.85 % and 86.15 %, so it has a good environmental benefits, but related problems occurring in unit operation are still to be solved.
