摘要
活性焦一体化脱硫、脱硝技术是一种干法烟气治理技术,依靠活性焦的吸附作用在第1级反应器内进行脱硫,然后进入第2级反应器,通过加入NH3,在活性焦的选择性催化作用下,使氮氧化物发生还原反应生成氮气和水。介绍了这种工艺的技术特点和经济特点,并应用CFX数值模拟软件,对脱硫反应装置内的烟气流动场、脱硫效率和阻力特性进行了研究,提出了对脱硫反应器设计的一些建议。
The integrated de-SOx/de-NOx technology with AC is a dry process used for flue gas treatment. With the adsorption of AC, the flue gas is desulfurized in the first-stage reactor then enters the second-stage reactor, in which de-NOx is realized by adding NH3 and with the SCR effect of AC. The technical and economic characteristics of tiffs process were introduced. Based on CFX ntanerical modeling software, several factors and relevant suggestions were studied and proposed, including the flow field, the desulfurization efficiency and the resistance features inside the desulfurization reactor.
