炼油催化烟气脱硫废水处理技术的应用与探讨 被引量:8

摘要 国家"十二五"规划明确提出"主要污染物排放总量显著减少,二氧化硫排放量减少8%,氮氧化物排放量减少10%"的约束性指标;中国石油行业"十二五"污染减排形势十分严峻。其次随着新《环保法》及《石油炼制工业污染物排放标准》(GB 31570-2015)发布实施,环保对烟气排放指标的要求更加严格。因此,中国石油针对炼化企业烟气排放的特点,引进美国某公司烟气脱硫成熟的工艺——喷射文丘里湿法洗涤工艺,脱硫除尘后产生的废水采取絮凝沉淀+曝气氧化工艺进行处理。此套工艺在多年应用过程中,证实该技术成熟可靠,烟气经洗涤塔脱硫除尘后硫化物、粉尘等指标均稳定达标。但在实际运行过程中,烟气脱硫装置产生的高盐废水对废水处理装置运行的影响问题也日益突出。通过对烟气脱硫废水处理工艺流程、机理及存在的问题进行分析,并提出相关建议,为石化企业的烟气脱硫废水处理工艺的应用提供技术支持。 "National Twelfth Five-Year Plan" clearly put forward the compulsory targets of "major pollu- tant emissions significantly reduced, sulfur dioxide emissions reduced by 8%, nitrogen oxide emissions reduced by 10%", which challenges China petroleum seriously in pollution reduction. In addition, with the release of the new Enviromnental protection law and Emission standard of pollutants for petroleum refining industry(GB 31570--2015), the flue gas discharge permits became more stringent. Therefore, based on the flue gas characteristics in the refining industry, Petro China introduced a mature flue gas desulfurization process package from a US co;y, which includes a spraying Venturi wet washing process for desulfuriza- tion and dust removal and a combined flocculation/sedimentation/oxidation process for desulfurization wastewater treatment. This set of processes is mature and reliable in many years of application. After the de- sulphurization and dust removal in the washing tower, both the sulfide and dust indexes in the treated flu gas met the standards consistently. However, along the operation, the impact of the high-salt wastewater genera- ted by the flue gas desulfurization device on the operation of the wastewater treatment system had become in- creasingly prominent. In this paper, the process, mechanism and existing problems of the desulfurization wastewater treatment were analyzed, and some suggestions were put forward to provide technical support for the application of the desulfurization wastewater treatment technology in petrochemical industry.
