摘要
为使陕西陕化煤化工有限公司的气化废水达到治理的目的,通过除钙沉淀和均质调节的方法,采用鼓风机+碟式射流曝气器+循环泵组合的新型SBR工艺,使处理后的出水ρ(COD)降到50 mg/L、ρ(氨氮)降到12 mg/L以下,达到排放标准要求,实践证明:该工艺处理气化废水可获得良好的效果,值得推广。
In order to treat the gasified waste water from Shaanhua Coal Chemical Industry Co.,Ltd in Shaanxi Province,a new SBR process was implemented which utilized blowers,disk type jet aerators and circulating pumps,through calcium mineral precipitation and homogenization,thus making COD and NH3-N in the effluent decrease to 50,12 mg /L. It has been proven that the process is effective for treating gasified waste water and is worth popularizing.
