摘要
畜禽污水是一种典型的高氨氮、高有机浓度废水,会导致水体富营养化、地下水污染等污染问题,以及氨气、硫化物、沼气等带来的恶臭,国内外基本都遵循厌、好氧组合工艺的处理模式。基于厌氧折流板反应器(ABR)与改良序批式反应器(MSBR)联合工艺,针对改良SBR处理模拟养殖废水脱氮效果进行了单因素研究,获得沉淀时间、停留时间、回流比、进水COD等各因素的影响规律。通过正交实验获得影响因素的排序:回流比、进水COD、水力停留时间(HRT)、沉淀时间,并得到最佳工艺条件:回流比为200%,循环周期组成为曝气175 min,沉淀时间为60 min,排水时间为5 min,HRT=8 h,进水COD为800 mg/L。在最佳条件下处理稀释后的厌氧折流板反应器的出水,NH3-N去除率为74.02%,出水NH3-N为24.86 mg/L,达到GB 8978—1996中的二级排放标准要求。
Livestock & poultry wastewater is characterized by high ammonia-nitrogen and high concentration of organics. It will lead to problems such as eutrophication of water body, and pollution of underground water. In addition, ammonia, sulfide, methane, etc. give off malodor. The treatment mode of anaerobic and aerobic combined process has been followed both in China and abroad. Based on the combined process, ABR-MSBR, aiming at the denitrification efficacy of simulated aquaculture waterwater by MSBR,the single-factor is studied. The influencing rules of the factors, such as precipitating time, HRT, reflux ratio, influent COD, etc. are obtained. The sequence of influencing factors obtained by orthogonal tests is as follows : reflux ratio, influent COD, HRT, and precipitating time. The optimized technological conditions obtained are as follows:reflux ratio is 200% ,aerating time 175 min, precipitating time 60 min, draining time 5 min, HRT 8 h, and influent COD 800 mg/L of cycle period constitute. After the outlet water from ABR is diluted under the optimum conditions, the NH3-N removing rate is 74.02%, and the outlet water NH3-N is 24.86 mg/L, meeting the second class requirements of the discharge standard (GB 8978-- 1996).
