摘要
在国内率先提出借助化工流程模拟的方法进行清洁生产方案比选分析,并应用于联二脲碱性缩合工艺替代酸性缩合工艺过程中。通过精确计算,碱性缩合工艺与酸性缩合工艺相比,可减少37.5%的ADC废水产生量,97%的氨氮排放量,70%的氨氮废水蒸汽消耗,达到预期的节能减排效果。将化工流程模拟方法应用于清洁生产审核,可精准分析现有生产的能耗或原料消耗漏洞,发现清洁生产潜力。丰富清洁生产审核的程序与方法,对偶氮二甲酰胺全行业的节能减排起到极大的示范效应。
The new method of selecting cleaner production technology,which based on the chemical process simulation,was introduced and applied on biurea condensate production between the alkaline condensation and the acid condensation processes.Through accurate calculation,the result showed that comparing with the acid condensation,the alkaline condensation reduced 37.5% of the wastewater generation,97% of the ammonia nitrogen emissions,70% of the steam consumption in wastewater treatment.The chemical process simulation method applied to cleaner production audit,could accurately analyze existing energy production or consumption of raw materials vulnerabilities,and discover cleaner production potential and opportunities.The method applied in the paper,not only enriched the cleaner production audit procedures and methods,but also took a great demonstration effect in ADC industry.
