摘要
以微污染原水为研究对象,采用电化学氧化法对氨氮(NH3-N)和总氮(TN)的去除效果进行中试研究,并对不同电解条件下电耗进行分析。结果表明,中试运行期间脱氮效果稳定,中试的最佳工艺条件为:槽电压为6V左右,HRT约为12min,Cl-与氨离子的摩尔比为3?1,此时电耗约为1.7kW.h,NH3-N去除率可达到60%以上,TN去除率可达到50%以上。
Taking the micro-polluted raw water as the object of study,electrochemical oxidation process was used to investigate the removal efficiencies of NH_3-N and TN,and power consumptions under different electrolysis conditions were analyzed.The results showed that the denitrogenation effect in the metaphase experimental period was stable,and the optimal reaction conditions were as follows:the cell voltage was about 6 V,HRT was 12 min,the ratio of Cl-and ammonia ions was 3∶1,under the above conditions,the power consumption was about 1.7 kW·h,the removal rate of NH_3-N was above 60%,the removal rate of TN was above 50%.
