摘要
介绍了ADC发泡剂的生产工艺和联二脲生产中的废水处理现状,提出采用氯化氢气体代替无机酸溶液生产联二脲的思路,分析了采用氯化氢气体的优势和装置工业化需要解决的问题。
The production process of ADC foaming agent and the present situation of wastewater treatment in the production of biurea were introduced. The idea of using hydrogen chloride gas instead of inorganic acid solution to produce biurea was put forward. The advantages of using hydrogen chloride gas and the problems to be solved in industrial production were analyzed.
