摘要
目的探讨鼻咽癌组织端粒酶活性及其与EB病毒感染的关系。方法采用PCR-TRAP法和原位杂交方法检测了60例NPC组织的端粒酶活性和EBV DNA的表达。结果 60例经病理确诊的鼻咽癌组织有51例端粒酶阳性,阳性率为85%(51/60),EBV DNA的阳性率为88.3%(53/60),端粒酶的表达与EBV DNA的表达呈正相关(r=0.83,P<0.01)。结论鼻咽癌端粒酶的激活可能与EB病毒感染有关,在鼻咽癌的发生、发展过程中有着重要的作用。
[Purpose] To investigate the correlation between the infection of Epstein-Bair virus and the human telomeres activity in nasopharyngeal carcinoma(NPC). [Methods] With in situ hybridization, the expression of EBV DNA was observed in 60 cases of NPC tissues, and the telomeres activity was detected with TRAP(telomeric repeat amplification protocal) [Results] Telomeres activity was detected in 85% (51/60), and the EBV DNA positive rate was 88. 3% (53/60), the expression of EBV DNA was positively correlated with the Telomeres activity in NPC tissues( r = 0.83,P<0.01). [Conclusion] the activation of telomeres may be correlated with the infection of Epstein-Bair virus, and it plays a role in the development of NPC.
