摘要
目的 探讨端粒酶活性在子宫颈癌组织发生发展中的作用及临床应用价值 .方法 采用 PCR- TRAP微孔杂交法检测 45例子宫颈癌组织标本和 8例正常的子宫颈组织的端粒酶活性 .结果 45例宫颈癌组织中端粒酶阳性表达率为86 .6 % ,其中宫颈癌 期 2 7例 ,阳性率 77.7% ,宫颈癌 期12例 ,阳性率 10 0 % ,宫颈癌 期 6例 ,阳性率 10 0 % . 8例正常宫颈组织中未检测出端粒酶阳性者 .结论 端粒酶活性表达在子宫颈癌的发生发展中起重要的作用 ,端粒酶活性检测对指导宫颈癌的诊断和治疗具有重要意义 .
AIM To investigate the role of telomerase activity in the occurrence and development of cervical carcinoma and its clinical value. METHODS PCR TRAP was employed to detect the activity of telomerase in 45 cervical carcinoma specimens and 8 normal cervical neck tissues. RESULTS Rate of telomerase positive expression in 45 cases of cervical carcinoma was 86.6%. Nine cases fell into phase Ⅰ of cervical carcinoma, positive rate 77.7%. Four fell into phase Ⅱ, positive rate 100%. Two fell into phase Ⅲ, positive rate 100%. Detecting showed none of the 8 normal cervical neck tissues was positive for telomerase. CONCLUSION Telomerase activity expression may play an important role in the occurrence and development of cervical carcinoma. Detection of telomerase activity is of significance to guiding diagnosis and treatment of cervical carcinoma.
