摘要
鼻咽癌是我国常见的耳鼻咽喉恶性肿瘤 ,在其诊断和治疗方面尚未取得突破性进展。端粒酶作为一种新的肿瘤标记物及抗癌靶点 ,具有重要的生物学意义 。
Nasopharyngeal carcinoma is one of the common malignant tumours.The diagnosis and treatment for this disease has not been achieved greatly yet.As an new marker and resistant cancer target point,telomerase has the important biological significance.It may be used as the diagnosis index and the research subjects in basal and clinical studies of nasopharyngeal carcinomas.
