摘要
为了解决数量逐年增多的低产井流量测量问题,设计了一种高精度涡轮流量计。通过理论分析与数值仿真对涡轮流量计的三维流场进行了分析,并优化出其最合理结构。利用实验装置将高精度涡轮流量计与传统涡轮流量计的响应特性进行了对比,结果表明,高精度涡轮流量计在单相水介质中,启动排量0.3m3/d,低于传统涡轮流量计的1.0m3/d,分辨率也有1.7倍的提高,可见高精度涡轮流量计在低流量测量中具有良好的应用前景。
A high-precision turbine flowmeter was designed to benefit the flow measurement of low-yielding oil wells;and basing on both theoretical analysis and numerical simulation, the 3D flow field of this flowmeter was analyzed and its most reasonable structure was obtained.Through the experimental system, having this turbine flowmeter compared with traditional turbine flowmeters under the same conditions shows that the starting flow of this turbine flowmeter is 0.3m3/d, lower than that of traditional turbine flowmeter(1.0m3/d) together with the resolution improving 70%, this implies its good application prospect in low flow rate measurement.
