摘要
《教育规划纲要》实施十年间,我国继续教育发展政策不断完善,继续教育规范政策日趋健全,继续教育政策短板不断充实。然而我国目前继续教育政策制定存在继续教育总政策制定进展缓慢、一些继续教育内部要素相关政策比较粗糙、而已颁布的继续教育政策大多缺乏细化的操作性规定等现实问题。因此在《中国教育现代化2035》的指导下,我国继续教育政策体系尚需研究制定继续教育总政策;补充完善继续教育内部要素相关政策;细化继续教育政策配套性规定。
During the ten years of the implementation of the'Educational Plan Outline',Chinese continuing education policy has been continuously improved,the management policy of continuing education has been strengthened,and short-board of continuing education policy has been continuously enriched.However,the current policy system of Chinese continuing education exists some real problems such as the difficulty of making timely the general policy of continuing education,the relative roughness of making continuing education internal factors related policies and the lack of detailed operational regulations of continuing education policies that have been promulgated.Therefore,Chinese continuing education policy system still needs to study and formulate the general policy of continuing education;supplement and improve the relevant policies of the internal factors of continuing education;and decompose the matching regulations of continuing education policy that have been promulgated.
