摘要
针对电力通信市县一体化运维面临的县公司管理落后和通信发展滞后问题,提出依托通信管理系统(SG-TMS)平台,构建市县一体化通信运维管理创新模式,实现县公司通信运维管理与市公司管理融合接轨,推进四级通信网精细化管理进程。
