在新形势下对电力系统中的电力通信光传输网管理风险进行科学的预警,提高网络资源的利润率,能够更好地满足电力通信的要求。文章以电力通信光传输网资源预警体系作为研究出发点,对其进行详细的研究和分析,具有重要的实用意义。
In the new situation, scientifically early warning of the management risks of the power transmission optical transmission network in the power system is carried out to increase the profitability of the network resources and better meet the requirements of the power communication.
