摘要
国网TMS通信综合管理系统是实现通信网信息化、智能化管理的基础平台,文章提出了基于SG-TMS系统的市县电力通信日常运维管理机制,有效保障市县公司电力通信传输网安全运行,为建设坚强电网提供有力支撑。
SG-TMS by the State Grid company is a foundational stage for the information-based and intellectual management of thepower communication, a daily maintaining management mechanism between cities and counties power communication based on SG-TMS is proposed in this paper. Strong power grid＇s telecommunication system between cities and counties is well supported.
