摘要
以油杨树产脂内生真菌为试验菌株,考察了不同发酵条件如碳源、氮源、无机盐质量分数和pH对菌体生长和油脂积累的影响。结果表明,优化的培养基中各营养元素的质量分数分别为葡萄糖8%、酵母膏0.6%、硫酸镁0.7%、硝酸钾0.5%、磷酸二氢铵0.4%、硫酸铵0.4%,pH为5.3。此条件下真菌发酵产油脂的得率为49.88%。
The effects of different fermentation conditions such as content of carbon source,nitrogen source and inorganic salts and pH on fungus growth and oil accumulation of oil poplar entophyte fungus were studied.The results showed that optimal mass ratio of nutrition elements in medium was glucose 8%,yeast extract 0.6%,MgSO4 0.7%,KNO3 0.5%,NH4H2PO4 0.4%,(NH4)2SO4 0.4%,and the optimum pH was 5.3.The yield of oil in fungus under such conditions was 49.88%.
