摘要
本文结合所在独立院校本科生导师制的实施现状和多形式的调研结果,探讨了本科生导师制在独立学院实施的现状和成效,初步分析了本科生导师制实施过程中的问题,主要表现为学生学习态度不积极、导师制相关管理制度不够完善等几个方面。由此进一步探讨提高导师积极性、主动性的有效措施。
Based on the results of the survey on the implementation of the undergraduate tutorial system in independent colleges,this paper discusses the current status and effectiveness of the implementation of the undergraduate tutorial system in independent colleges,and analyzes the problems in this system.The problems mainly manifested in the students’lack of positive learning attitude and the incomplete management system of the tutor system.From this,we further explore effective measures to improve the enthusiasm and initiative of mentors.
