摘要
目的 :评价牙周局部应用盐酸米诺环素牙周条辅助治疗牙周炎的临床效果。方法 :选择成人慢性牙周炎患者 42例 ,左右侧对应牙 ,牙周袋深度≥ 4mm ,且探诊出血的牙位点 2 5 2个 ,采用随机单盲对照法 ,分为实验组和对照组 ,基础治疗后实验组牙周袋内放药 ,每周 1次 ,共 3次 ,对照组不放药。于基线、治疗后第 6周、第 12周时 ,观察菌斑指数 (PLI)、牙周袋深度 (PD)、探诊后出血 (BOP)等指标。结果 :治疗后第 6周和第 12周时 ,两组各观察指标比基线时有明显的改善 (P <0 .0 1)。两次复查时 ,实验组改善均优于对照组 ,两组相比具有显著性差异 (P <0 .0 1)。结论 :局部应用盐酸米诺环素牙周条治疗牙周炎 ,能够有效地改善临床症状 ,获得较好的临床效果。
AIM:To evaluate the clinical effect of the minocycline-HCl periodontal stick as local drug delivery in the periodontal pocket as the auxiliary treatment of periodontitis. METHODS: The same teeth of both sides of 42 patients with chronic periodontitis were chosen.The depths of pockets were not less than 4 mm.The probed bleeding points were 252. Those patients were divided into the test group and the control group by random control single-blind method after basic treatment. The test group was treated with the stick putting in the pocket once a week for 3 weeks, while the control group with nothing. At the base-line level, the indexes such as plaque index (PLI), probing depth (PD) and bleeding on probing (BOP) etc. were observed on the 6th week and the 12th week respectively. RESULTS:All observed indexes of both groups were improved obviously at the 6th week and 12th week after treatment in comparing with the base-line level (P<0.01). The results of the test group were better than that of the control ones, and their differences were statistically significant. CONCLUSION: Local drug delivery of minocycline-HCL periodontal stick in the treatment of periodontitis can effectively relief the clinical signs and gain better clinical results.
