摘要
目的 建立了紫外检测 -反相高效液相色谱法测定阿霉素浓度的方法。 方法 以 C1 8为固定相 ,甲醇 -乙腈 -磷酸缓冲液 (2 5 m MNH4 H2 PO4 -3 0 m M H3PO4 ,p H5 .0 ) (5∶ 2∶ 3 )为流动相 ,检测波长 2 3 3 nm。结果 ADM在 2~ 64μg· ml- 1 范围内呈良好的线性关系。 2 4h内对阿霉素 -0 .9%氯化钠溶液的浓度进行检测。 结论 阿霉素在 0 .
OBJECTIVE To develop a HPLC for the determination of ADM METHODS C 18 column was used with methanol-acetonitrile-phosphate buffer (25mM NH 4H 2PO 4 30mM H 3PO 4,pH5 0)(5∶2∶3)as mobile phase and the UV detection wavelength was at 233nm RESULTS The linearity of ADM is good within the range of 0 05~25μg·ml -1 CONCLUSION ADM shows good stabilization by continuous detection of 24hours in 0 9% salt solution
