摘要
适当调整化学成分,出铁时采用复合孕育,浇注时增加随流孕育,在最薄处增设冷铁液冒口,改善了铸件断面敏感性,改善薄壁基体组织,使下气缸体本体不同部位的硬度差小于30HB,满足了客户要求。
By adjusting casting compositon,adopting C-Si in oculant for tapping inoculation,carrying stream inoculation during pouring pro cess and setting cold metal overflow riser at the most thin sec-tion,the secti on-sensitivity of castings was reduced,the matrix structure of thin section wa s im-proved.As a result,the hardness difference at different locations of t he bottom block casting reduced from HB80to HB30,so that the machinability has been satisfied by the client.
