摘要
采用3.70%~4.07%CE成分的铁液,在实验室比较了75SiFe、RECa和RECaBa系孕育剂对灰铸铁强度和组织均匀性的影响。结果发现,改善断面敏感性主要在于解决薄断面(如壁厚5mm)的石墨化问题。含RE、Ca、Ba的1号孕育剂有良好的石墨化能力,可改善断面敏感性和显微组织的均匀性。将1号孕育剂用于6105QB柴油机缸体铸件的生产取得了良好的效果。
Adopting the molten irons with CE of 3.70%~4.07%as base,the effects of 75 SiFe,RECa series and RECaBa series inoculants on the strength and microstructure uniformity were compared under the lab.conditions.As the result,it was found that the key to improve section sensitivity was to solve the graphitization problem of the thin sections(e.g.with the thickness of 5mm).The #1 inoculant which contained RE,Ca and Ba had excellent graphitizing effect.It could be used to improve section sensitivity and microstructure uniformity.Good result has been obtained byapplying #1 inoculant to the production of cylinder block of 6105QB diesel engine.
