摘要 针对国产康明斯气缸体铸件超高速加工条件下的加工性差问题进行了调查与分析,并对改善加工性问题进行了理论分析和讨论,指出了影响康明斯气缸体铸件加工性的主要因素,确定了改善康明斯气缸体铸件加工性的主要方向,根据确定的改进方向,对气缸体铸件材料进行改进,并对改进后的气缸体铸件进行了切削线速度为152m/min的切削试验,试验表明:缸体材料改进后刀具磨损显著降低,与改进前相比,刀具寿命提高到7倍。 An investigation was made on the reasons causing the poor machinability of cylinder block castings for Cummins engines. Produced in Foundry Branch of Dongfeng Automobile Co. Ltd., The main factors influencing machinability of the block castings were analyzed and discussed, as well as the principle to improve machinability was determined. Based on the determined principle, the material of block castings was improved, and a machining test with cutting speed of 152 m/min was conducted to check the machinability of improved castings. The result showed that, compared with that before improvement, the working life of cutting tool was increased in 7 times.
