摘要
在聚对苯二甲酸乙二酯(PET)基片上自催化镀Co-P磁性薄膜.研究镀液组成对沉积膜磁性的影响.对试样的化学成分、微观形貌、结构、结合力和磁性进行了分析.得到以下结果:(1)镀层中的磷含量随镀液成分和镀膜厚度的不同而变化;(2)当镀液中Co^(2+)浓度为0.05M,镀膜厚为0.13ηm,含4.9%磷时,其矫顽力高达1215Oe,矩形比0.85.为磁带媒质的开发与应用提供了具有实际意义的方法.
Co-P magnetic film on polyethylene terephalate (PET) substrate was prepared by autocatalytic plating process. Effects of bath composition on magnetic properties of the deposit werestudied. The chemical constitution, micromorphology, structure, binding force and magnetic properties of the sample films were investigated with the conclusion being as follows: (1) Phosphorus content in the film varies with the film thickness and composition of the plating solution; (2)A film with a coercive force up to 1215 Oe and a squareness ratio of 0.85 can be obtained from a bath containing 0.05M cobalt ion when the resulted film is in a thickness of 0.13 micron and with a phosphorus content of 4.9%. The recommended process would be significant for the development of magnetic recording medium.
