摘要
用改良的罗兹-哥特里法提取脂肪,然后将样品进行甲酯化,以3%OV-101色谱柱用气相色谱法测定亚油酸。结果:LA的回收率为97.1%—103.3%,RSD为1.53%。应用本方法测定乳制品中的亚油酸,具有操作简单、精密度高、重现好等特点。
In this paper, fat was extracted by improved Rose-Gottlieb method. After esterification the LA was determined by GC with the column of 3% OV-101. The results were that recoveries of LA was 97.1%-103.3%, relative standard deviation was 1.53%. If the method of determination of LA in milk powder in this paper was applied, the loss of LA would be reduced and the results would be satisfactory.
