乳粉中花生四烯酸(AA)测定方法研究

摘要 采用气相层析法测定乳粉中花生四烯酸(AA)的平均回收率为95.9%,变异系数(CV)为4.06%,精密度(RSD)为1.9%,符合测定要求。表明该测定方法准确、稳定,完全可用于乳粉中花生四烯酸(AA)含量的测定。 Using gas chromatography to detect the average recovery,conditions variation(CV) and relative standard deviation (RSD) of AA in milk powder, the results were that the average recovery was 95.9%, CV=4.06%, RSD=1.9%, which according with the requisition. The results showed that this method was proved to be exact and stable, and it could be used to detect the arachidonic acid (AA) in milk powder.
