摘要
纳米氧化锌是一种广泛应用于橡胶、日用化工、涂料、电子等工业领域的重要的功能材料。对固相法、液相法、气相法制备纳米氧化锌的基本原理、影响因素、产物粒径大小等进行了详细的分析讨论 ,同时提出了每种工艺的优缺点 ,以及最适当的工艺条件。分析表明 ,目前生产纳米氧化锌的方法大多为液相沉淀法 ,但沉淀中存在阴离子洗涤和去除问题 ,难以完全解决。而气相法成本较高 ,难以实现大规模生产。固相法无需溶剂、产率高、反应条件易掌握 ,可望实现工业化生产。作者认为未来的研究主要应该集中于去除杂质 ,降低生产成本 ,开发绿色新工艺及其纳米氧化锌应用领域等方面。
Nanometer ZnO is an important functional material, which is widely used for rubber industry, chemical industry, paint & coating industry and electronic industry etc. The basic principles, influence factors and particle size of products and so on of preparation methods including solidoid, liquidoid and gas phase way were reviewed in detail, and the merits and shortcomings, and the best processing conditions of every way were showed, too. The results show that the preparation methods of nanometer ZnO are mostly a liquidoid precipitation way now, but the problems of the washing and removing of negative ions are difficult to solve; the gas phase way is difficult to realize scale production because of high cost; the solidoid way can realize commercial production owing to the virtues of high production rate, production without solvents and being easy to master the process. The authors suggest that the future researches should lay emphasis on eliminating impurities, reducing cost, developping green technologies and the applications of nanometer ZnO.
