摘要
以Zn(NO3)2.6H2O和NH3.H2O为原料 ,采用直接沉淀法合成纳米氧化锌粉体 ,考察了反应温度、反应物配比、pH值、表面活性剂等因素对产物质量的影响 ,获得最佳工艺参数。用XRD、TEM对产物进行表征 ,结果表明 :产物为六方晶系 ,呈不规则柱状结构 ,平均粒径在70纳米左右 ,分散性良好。
By using Zn(NO 3 ) 2 .6H 2 O and NH 3 .H 2 O as rawmaterials,and with the precipitation method,nano-scale ZnO powder is prepared.An examination of the effects of temperature,ratio of components,PH value,and surface active agent on the quality of the powder has brought about optimal technological parameters.With XRD and TEM used to have the powder characterized,we can see the powder is of hexagon crystallite,in irregular column shape,average diameter of the particles being about70nm,with good dispersibility.
