摘要
结合200kt/a二甲醚装置实际运行状况,研究二甲醚装置在运行过程中出现的问题如汽化塔釜液pH值较低造成管线严重腐蚀、反应器床层超温等,针对问题采取相应方案。结果表明,通过系列的技改技措,有效的解决了影响装置安全生产的不利因素。
With the actual operation of 200kt/a DME plant the problem as a lower pH of the vaporizer bottoms causing serious pipeline corrosion and an over-temperature of reactor bed is studied and corresponding resolutions applied. The outcome shows that unfavorable factors affecting a safe plant operation are effectively solved by taking a series of improvement measures.
